The annual contract for space rental mobile home is renewable annually, it costs between € 2475 and € 3047 per year (fixed price depending on size).

That includes the rent ?

- Free access to your mobil- home from April 1 to November 14, more than 7 months in the year.
- A spot on this team at the reception and maintenance.
- Maintaining your plot, mowing and hedge trimming, fully realized by the person responsible for maintenance and green spaces.
- Free access to all the camping equipment and professional services and entertainment offered during the summer for you, your family and friends staying with you in the mobile home.
- Water consumption, local tax and tax on household waste.

You pay: electricity consumption on individual meter, gas cylinders and annual maintenance of the water heater.

A Namely camping is not open year round, you have no residence tax or tax foncière
